I had a great experience at the hotel, particularly with the friendly and helpful staff. They were always cleaning up and ensuring we enjoyed our breakfast. On the first day, we forgot to buy a fruit cutter, but to our surprise, the staff left a fruit cutter, spoon. the room service staff and lobby customer service officers were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. One of them even arranged for an air cooler to be brought to our room when we mentioned it wasn't cold enough. the service was excellent, and I will definitely book this hotel again when I visit the city. Cons: Not one thing 😊.

The hotel is situated in a great location, near the Yong Jiang river, perfect for jogging and taking in the view. the room is clean and spacious, and the bathroom features modern fixtures. the staff is friendly and accommodating, offering a great breakfast with lots of varieties every morning.

The air conditioning in the elevators is not strong enough, causing a stuffy ambiance.

I loved the location of this hotel - it was right in the heart of the city, close to Zhongshan Road, the river and the night market. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Plus, I really enjoyed the breakfast!

This venue exceeded my expectations! the staff worked tirelessly to cater to my requests, and the service was fantastic. the exclusive amenities were luxurious, from the swimming pool with a breathtaking view to the exquisite in-room breakfast. the location was a great advantage, with leisure options and top-rated restaurants just a short walk away.

The only minor issue I found was that the shallow end of the pool was not ideal for swimming enthusiasts.

I chose this hotel for my business meeting in Nanning because of its perfect location. It provided easy access to both business and leisure activities. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a business center and meeting rooms. I found the facilities to be well-maintained and convenient for my work needs.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated coworking space. It would have been helpful to have a separate area where I could work quietly and comfortably, away from the distractions of the hotel room.

Yong Jiang Hotel was a great value for the money. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, shopping malls, and market places nearby. The staff, despite limited English, were always friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The hotel provided free WiFi, which was extremely convenient for me to stay connected and work efficiently. the fitness centre was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine during my stay.

We sat in the lobby bar one afternoon to enjoy a glass of red wine but found we couldn’t purchase by the glass but only by the bottle.
